Marshmallows…who doesn’t love these squishy little pillows of goodness? I recently found this recipe for homemade marshmallows and had to give it a try. As a twist, I cut them in heart shapes for Valentine’s Day. What a fun little treat for your kids or as a teacher gift wrapped up with some packets of hot chocolate. Mmmm…I think I need to go enjoy a steamy cupful right now! (With marshmallows of course!) 🙂
